Well-known stocks of natural raw materials are always more and more intensively exploited and their complete exhaustion is mercilessly approaching.
The strategic importance of these stocks increases and they become the decisive element of economical and power politics of states and capital. Their prices rise in proportion to this fact.
The spectrum of the traditional strategic row materials like oil and gas has risen by new ones and there is no doubt that the drinking water sources belong to them.
The forecasts to discover new stocks based on the theories of their development are auspicious. The assumption that real reserves are several times larger than those already discovered are well founded. The scientific approach to the problems of searching of promising structures linked with the raw materials sources has brought a very quick, cheap and reliable solution.
This method is a tool for the triumph of progress over time.
The first step is to design the control network, which evenly covers the whole area of interest. The density of the points depends on the required details and accuracy of the results. The geodetic survey on control points has to provide their geocentric coordinates and normal heights.
No geodetic survey is needed on the oceans and seas.
Next step are complicated calculations by own „VTT“ methodology. Further numerical quantities gained from external sources and special data as well as quantities resulting from the scientific activities of the authors enter also into these calculations.

The high reliability degree is secured by empirical calculations as well as by practical testing on already known and verified deposits.
Enclosed are the maps presenting the results of the testing carried out on the territories of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, where well-known oil, gas and coal deposits are located. As seen from the results all known deposits were reconfirmed and new still unknown ones were detected with high reliability degree.
Similarly the testing on known oil and gas deposits in Africa (surroundings of the Lake Chad) and in Northern Europe (Norway) were successfully carried out.

The „VTT“ method is a super state-of-the-art technology for natural sources detection.
It belongs to the methods of the primary survey of the sedimentary basin areas with occurrences of the contrasting anomalies of mass densities.
In close future this method will play really a leading role in delimitation and discovery of new basin areas with the strategic stocks in not yet explored regions.
The big advantage of this method is its discretion as all field survey work can be carried out inconspicuously pretending another goals. The hidden survey provides enough time to adopt the security measures necessary for blocking of land sales and crooked property speculations.
The significance of this „VTT“ method consists in refinement of the position and extent of already known and even exploited disposals or their immediate neighborhoods. The „VTT“ method is saving money and time also in this case. Funds for application of classical methods needed to gain this information of the same quality and reliability degree are many times higher than those needed for application of this top method.
To achieve higher accuracy and reliability degree additional special methods MFE (Molecular Form Elements) and FAPS (Fault Seal Analysis) including 3D/4Dseismicaly can be applied in „follow up“ program. However, using of these additional technologies is limited for the territories already elaborated and determined by our „VTT“ method.
